Nurse Juliana Ocasio
Juliana Ocasio, also known as Nurse J, is setting a new standard for home health care through her agency, Infusions & Body by J. She founded the company when she and her husband recognized the sincere need to provide excellent home care, ensuring positive outcomes for post-op and IV infusion patients. Juliana is a Registered Nurse with over 8 years of experience, including PACU, Med Surg, Nurse Management, and Wound Care. J's commitment to quality care is reflected in our certifications, including BBB accreditation, wound care, IV proficiency, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Basic Arrhythmias. Her husband, Alex, brings years of customer service skills and is certified in Post Surgical drainage. Together, they have formed what patients call "The Dream Team." Nurse J goes above and beyond to care for her patients, ensuring that their care and privacy are her top priorities. Nurse J understands precisely what a patient needs, whether it's hydrating and rejuvenating the body or providing in-home care during recovery days. Her care is the ultimate key to healthy outcomes!

What types of post-op surgeries do you typically handle? Is it primarily plastic surgeries or all surgeries?We primarily assist clients after any type of plastic surgery procedure, but we can also accommodate individuals undergoing various medical surgeries.

Are IV infusions administered at home, and are all services provided in the comfort of one's home, hotel, or Airbnb?We exclusively provide mobile at-home services for both post-operative care and IV drips. All treatments are administered in the comfort of the client's home, hotel, or Airbnb.

Regarding nursing care, what does the client need to do to prepare?To ensure optimal post-operative care, clients should consider preparing by having appropriate garments for their recovery period, a gentle shower wash routine, and acquiring easy-to-prepare and digestible foods. Additionally, they should closely follow the instructions provided by their surgeon.

What is included in the signature post-op drip?Our signature post-op drip includes 1,000 ml of fluid with added essential elements such as vitamin C, B complex, B12, folic acid, glutathione, magnesium, and zinc. Nausea and pain medication are also included at no additional cost.

Is receiving IV infusions something one should consider on a regular basis?Yes, regular IV infusions can help replenish essential vitamins and minerals that may be lacking in our everyday meals.

Is there an option for next-day or same-day bookings? Are there any extra fees?For IV infusions, same-day bookings are possible. There is no additional fee for IV bookings. However, for private care, there are no same-day or next-day booking options. There may be an extra charge for bookings made one week from the date. As most-possible in advance for scheduling is best.

Are there any individuals who do not qualify for your services?Some medical conditions, such as congestive heart failure (CHF), may prevent us from providing IV services. Additionally, it's essential for clients to be aware that we adhere to the post-operative instructions provided by their surgeon. Knowing the details of their recovery plan and any existing conditions is crucial, regardless of the chosen service—whether post-op care or IV drips.

What payment options are available?We offer flexible payment options, including a required deposit. Payments can be made through cash, Zelle, check, credit card, FSA cards, or through financing options like Cherry Financing or CareCredit.

Are there travel fees, and where do they apply?Travel fees may apply to locations including South Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, Pembroke, and Kendall, FL. The travel fee ranges from $100 to $200, depending on the number of visits and specific location.

Can additional time be added to a session after booked?Yes, additional time can be added based on availability. It is preferable to schedule all desired time in advance to ensure quality care.
